Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar revealed that he was offered award several times in repayment of money but he always answered that encouragement from his fans is his biggest award.

Akshay Kumar said while giving interview to Rajit Sharma in famous show “Aap Ki Adalat” that he received offers to take awards several times after paying money while he was sent message every night before award show that he will be paid half fee and an award if he performs in the show but he always replies them that encouragement from fans is his biggest award. But he will take full fees of performing in the show but they can keep their award.


The 49 year old actor said that his wife Twinkle Khanna says that his parents were given National Award but he could not get one so far. But it is not worrying for him that he could not get any big award. He told that it is also said to him that he is misfit in this industry because he is not use to late night party or shooting but it is his hobby since childhood to sleep and wakeup early.

On the other hand, Akshay has proved the statement of Aamir Khan who has not become part of any award show since past 15 years while Aamir Khan was recently absent in the India’s biggest award show “Filmfare” in which he was given the award of “Best Actor” for his film “Dangal”.

Recently, Aamir Khan said in an interview after rejecting to participate in the award show that there is no importance of commercial awards in front of him.
