The film director, Faisal Aman Khan started working on the movie, ‘Kaptaan’ five years before, which was made on the life of Imran Khan, who is the ex captain of Pakistan cricket team and presently head of Pakistan Tehreek Insaaf. The work on this movie was altered due to different reasons and now the work is started on this movie once again and this movie will be completed very soon and it will be released till June next year.

Abdul Mannan, Saeeda Imtiaz and Mehwish Nasir are included in the main cast of the movie as Abdul Mannan is performing the role of Imran Khan and Saeeda Imtiaz is performing with him in the lead role.
