Maternal Grandfather of Deepika Padukone Passed Away

Mumbai, The maternal grandfather of Bollywood leading and popular actress, Deepika Padukone passed away. His age was 95 years and he has been suffering from disease since long. The grandfather, Jayant Karkal of Bollywood actress, Deepika Padukone was very aged and she was very closed to her grandfather. When she heard the news of death of her grandfather, she left the shooting of the movie, ‘Padmavati’ incomplete and she reached at Mumbai and she is now exhausted with the anguished news of her father.

She said that she celebrated her ‘Happy New Year’ night outside India but this time, she celebrated this ‘Happy New Year’ night in India with her grandfather as he wished her to celebrate this event with family in India. Now she and her whole family is very sad with the death of her grandfather.
