Pakistani Film Distributors Rejects to Purchase Indian Film

Pakistani film distributers have rejected to purchase the Indian film, based on the life of Indian captain MS Dhoni, due to recent Pak-India tension after which the film will not be released in Pakistan.

Bollywood films get much appreciation in Pakistan due to which Pakistan is the third largest market of Indian films from where Indian films earn a lot while film distributors purchase the rights to show Indian films in Pakistan but now tension between Pakistan and India has stopped release of Indian films in Pakistan.

According to Indian media reports, Pakistani film distributers have decided not to purchase the rights of film, made on biography of Indain captain MS Dhoni, after which the film will not be released in Pakistan. Chairman of Pakistani film Distribution Company told that the decision has been taken to close the display of Indian films in Pakistan due to Pak-India tension.

It should also be noted that an application was submitted in Lahore High Court to close the display of Indian films in Pakistan few days ago.
